 "The Dairy Crest Field Sales team is a real success story. We started in 2005 supporting head office activity through store-by-store support, helping to build relationships on the ground and to help get a better understanding of consumer needs. By 2006, we were already looking for more people, because several had been promoted into other areas of the business and our success was growing.
In 2008, we’ve now got full Board support and the investment to double the size of the team and treble our callage.
My aim is for us not just to build the best sales team in the category, but to build the best sales team in the whole of FMCG. And we’re getting there!
